Class Registration & Payment Terms

Public class registrations, online class registrations, and the purchase of course material are non-refundable. Payment is required in full before the scheduled class for a registration to be valid. If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, you may reschedule to attend a different class at no additional cost by contacting Southern Hospitality Education, LLC. Public class student registrations are transferable, provided notice is given to Southern Hospitality Education, LLC at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled class start time.

Students registering for online classes are expected to have access to a computer and peripherals capable of running the browser based course. If there are any concerns about minimum system requirements, they should be addressed with Southern Hospitality Education, LLC before purchase. No refunds will be given for students not being able to complete the course due to system incompatibility.

If you register to attend a class using a free registration or discount code, and do not give at least twenty-four hours notice that you will not be attending the class, you forfeit the registration and may not transfer it to another individual. If an annual registration discount code, such as for Enjoy A Local, is used and you do not give at least twenty-four hours notice that you will not be attending the class, you will not be able to use the annual registration discount for the remainder of the year.

Enjoy A Local Discounts

Participating businesses in good standing with the Enjoy A Local program may qualify for one free student registration for a ServSafe Manager course. Free registrations are limited to one registration per business per calendar year, and are subject to class space and availability.

Exceptions to these terms are made at owner’s sole discretion.
